【LuluDIY】New Order Deposit (Secure Your Bin)

This payment is an order deposit, only for securing your order and unlocking purchasing eligibility. It is NOT the full payment.

After deposit is received, we will prepare a shopping basket for you, which will be reserved for 14 days. You may select your desired products during our live streams.

The total amount in each basket cannot exceed 5 times the deposit. Once exceeded, the balance must be paid in full to continue shopping. No new basket is allowed if there is any unpaid balance from previous orders.

The buyer must pay the remaining balance in full after completing product selection. We will arrange quality inspection, packaging and shipment only after full payment is confirmed.

If the buyer unilaterally cancels the order, refuses to pay the balance, or requests partial goods using only the deposit, it shall be regarded as a breach of contract.

In case of breach, 80% of the deposit will be retained as liquidated damages, only 20% is refundable. No products or services will be provided.
